I stayed at the Aloft hotel near the airport. If you’ve never stayed at Aloft it’s a change from traditional hotels. Modern with small, efficient rooms that took me a few minutes to figure out. First when you enter the room a motion detector turns on a light in the entry/sink area. I had to search for other light switches including the one for the toilet. It was above the sink where a light was already on, so it took me a few to discover it. The lights in the bed area were over night stands and since i arrived well after dark it took me some time to figure this out.

The room is very nice, however small. It was not rectangular but square with just enough room to walk around the bed. There will be no parties in these rooms lol.

These hotels are modern with a lively lobby/bar area and comfortable seating. You just feel welcome in the space.
